Questions operators ask before a demo

What is rivonOS?
Coworking space management software for coworking, flex and managed-office operators in India. Members use it to book rooms, invite guests, get help and use their benefits. Centre teams use it to run the day. Sales, finance and leadership use it for availability, pricing, agreements, GST invoicing, collections, renewals and reporting.
Do members need to download an app?
No. The member experience is a web app that works in any phone or laptop browser, and members can add it to their home screen. There is no app-store download.
Does rivonOS handle door access or Wi-Fi?
No. Visitor registration tells reception who is expected; it does not open doors. Access control and Wi-Fi stay with your building systems.
Does it replace Tally or our ERP?
No. Your accounting system stays the ledger. rivonOS issues GST tax invoices and credit and debit notes (CGST Rules 46 and 53) and hands invoices, receipts and reports to finance. Direct Tally and Zoho Books integrations are planned.
Can we use it for only part of the business?
Yes. Some operators start with members and the centre team, others with sales and billing. It's one platform, so the parts connect when you turn them on.
Who uses rivonOS today?
We are onboarding our first operators through a founding operator programme: a fixed-scope pilot with a named rivonOS team and a weekly review. We will publish customer stories when those operators agree to be named.
What does it cost?
You pay per centre, per month, in rupees plus GST. Core starts at ₹4,900 per centre per month, and you add the packs you need: the member app, sales, contracts and billing, or analytics. There are no per-user fees. Larger networks can choose Enterprise.
Where is our data kept?
In AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Each operator's data sits in its own database schema, and sensitive fields such as phone numbers and notes are encrypted with a key for that operator.
