Best coworking management software in India

The short answer

There is no single best coworking management software for every Indian operator. A single centre that mainly sells desks needs different things from a multi-city managed office operator billing enterprise clients against purchase orders. Below, ten products are compared on what each vendor's own website said on 9 October 2026: what it covers, whether it states GST and rupee support, and how it publishes pricing. Shortlist two or three that match your operator type, then score them with our buyer's checklist on one of your real deals.

How we compared

We make rivonOS, so we are not neutral. To keep this page useful anyway, every statement about another product comes from that vendor's own website, read on 9 October 2026, and links to the page we read. Where a vendor's site did not say something, we write "not stated". That means the page didn't say it, not that the product can't do it. We don't rank products, and we don't use reviews or ratings.

We looked at the same points for each product:

  • Who it's built for. Single centres, multi-location brands, managed office operators, or organisations booking their own desks.
  • What it covers. Member app or portal, room and desk bookings, visitors, service requests, billing and invoicing, sales and CRM, and multi-location management.
  • India fit. Whether the site states GST invoicing, rupee pricing or Indian payment methods.
  • Pricing. The structure the vendor publishes (per location, per member, per seat or quote-based), and any "from" price shown.

rivonOS

Built for coworking and managed office operators in India, around three groups of people: members, centre teams and the business. Members use a web app in any phone browser, with nothing to download, to book rooms, invite guests, raise requests and use benefits. Centre teams run visitors, bookings, requests, parcels, events and move-ins from one screen. The business side covers leads, availability, price books and discount approvals, agreements and renewals, purchase orders, GST invoices and credit notes, payments with TDS, receivables and leadership reports.

What it doesn't do today: there is no door access control and no app-store app. Connections to Tally, Zoho Books, Razorpay, e-signature, WhatsApp and GST e-invoicing (IRN) are planned, not live. Pricing is per centre per month, in rupees, before 18% GST: Core from ₹4,900 billed yearly (₹5,900 monthly), with packs for the member app, sales, contracts and GST billing, and analytics, up to ₹12,900 for everything; a one-time set-up of ₹15,000 per centre; unlimited staff users and members; and Enterprise terms from 25 centres. See pricing for the current figures.

Which products to shortlist

Match the shortlist to how you operate, then test each product against your own workflows.

  • A single centre selling desks and day passes. Weight member bookings, a member app your members will actually use, and simple invoicing. Several products above publish entry plans for one location; compare what each includes for your member count.
  • Several centres, one standard. Weight multi-location management, centre-scoped access for staff, consistent reporting across centres, and GST invoices raised from the right state. Check how each product prices extra locations.
  • Managed offices and enterprise clients. Weight agreements, escalations, purchase-order checks, GST invoices that match the PO, TDS on receipts and collections. Ask each vendor to run one of your real enterprise deals from quote to invoice.
  • Community-led spaces. Weight the member experience, events, benefits, visitors and how the front desk handles requests. Ask to see a normal day at the front desk, not just the admin screens.

If door access or hardware matters to you, note which products list access control on their own sites; rivonOS doesn't offer it.

Before you decide

  1. Write down how your centres run today, step by step. Our buyer's guide has a template and a scoring checklist.
  2. Work out the full cost for your portfolio, not the headline price. Our guide to how coworking software is priced in India lists every line to ask about.
  3. Ask each shortlisted vendor to run one of your real deals and one real day at your front desk.
  4. Check where your data is hosted and who can see it.

If rivonOS is on your shortlist, book a demo and bring one of your real deals.
