What founding operators get

Everything a centre needs to run on rivonOS, set up for you, with the people who built it.

  • rivonOS on your own centres

The member app, the centre team's console, and sales, contracts and GST billing, on one to three of your centres.

Community manager's Today: counts, an action feed with one-tap actions and the day's schedule
  • Set up by us

We load your centres, rooms, clients and members from your existing files. Your team spends about two hours in week one.

  • The founders beside you

A founder on a review call every two weeks, and WhatsApp support in IST working hours.

  • A direct say in what we build

Founding operators shape the roadmap. What you need first moves up the list.

  • Founding terms

    2 years

    today’s prices, locked

Preferred pricing for your first year, today's prices locked for two years, and the programme fee credited back if you continue.

  • Your choice of data hosting

Hosted in India and kept apart from other operators. Pick how, below.

How the 90 days run

Success measures are agreed before we start, so the decision at the end rests on your numbers.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    Set-up

We set rivonOS up from your files and agree your three success measures.

    Move-in readiness checklist
  2. 2

    Weeks 2–3

    Go live

Your centre team runs the day on it. Members start booking and inviting guests.

Reception desk: guests arriving, in the building and done, with check-in buttons
  3. 3

    Weeks 4–10

    Billing

Agreements and GST billing run for the clients you choose. We review every two weeks.

GST tax invoice INV-2027-0018 with CGST, SGST, place of supply and PO reference
  4. 4

    Weeks 11–13

    Decide

We look at your numbers together: roll out, extend or stop.

rivonOS control tower: centres, seats, occupancy, pipeline, contracted revenue, overdue receivables and revenue at risk

Your data, your choice

Every option is hosted in India and keeps your data apart from other operators. Nobody at rivonOS sees your data without your approval, and every access is logged. We set up the right option with you.

  • Option 1

    Hosted by rivonOS, your keys

We run it in AWS Mumbai, and your data is locked with a key in your own AWS account. Turn it off, and nobody can read it, including us.

  • Option 2

Hosted by rivonOS, your own database

Your data in a database of its own, separate from every other operator, with its own backups.

  • Option 3

    In your own cloud

rivonOS runs inside your company's AWS account. The servers, database and keys are yours.

How rivonOS protects your data
A corridor between glass cabins
Built for coworking and managed office operators in India

Who it's for

  • Coworking or managed office operators in India
  • One or more centres, and ready to run one to three of them on rivonOS
  • Selling seats, cabins or managed offices to companies, with GST invoices
  • A founder or head of operations who will own the pilot

What we ask in return

  • About two hours of your team's time in week one
  • One person on your side who owns the pilot
  • Honest feedback on every review call, including what's missing
  • Three success measures, agreed before we start
  • Only if you're happy at the end: a short case study, a quote and your logo

Questions about the programme

Why only three operators?
Because the founders work with each operator directly, every two weeks. Three is as many as we can serve that well.
Is there a free trial?
No. The programme is a structured pilot on your own centres and data, with success measures agreed upfront, which tells you far more than a trial account.
What does it cost?
A one-time programme fee per centre for the 90 days, credited in full against your first year if you continue, then preferred founding pricing. We share the exact terms when we speak.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You can export your reports and documents at any time. If you stop after 90 days, we delete your data within 30 days.
How do we apply?
Book a one-hour call with the founders. If the programme is a good fit for both sides, we agree the centres, the success measures and a start date. Programmes need to start by 30 November 2026.
