rivonOS runs the workspace and the deal. Your books stay your books.

rivonOS runs the member app, the centre team's day and the commercial journey, and hands clean documents and data to the systems you already use. This page says exactly what connects today and what is still on the roadmap.

Own the commercial journey. Connect to the rest.

Your accounting system is the book of record for the ledger. Your CRM may already hold your marketing contacts. rivonOS does not try to replace either. It is where the contract lives: the requirement, the price that was approved, the agreement, the PO, the invoice and the collection.

Today that means documents and exports your finance team can use straight away. Direct connections come next, in the order operators ask for them. We only change a status on this page when the work is done.

Integration status

Three labels. Available means it works in rivonOS today. In development means code exists and is being tested. Planned means it is on the roadmap but not started.

How finance works with rivonOS today

Without a direct accounting integration, rivonOS still removes most of the retyping. The commercial record produces the documents and the data; your finance team posts them.

  • Invoices and notes as PDFs

GST tax invoices and credit and debit notes follow CGST Rules 46 and 53. Finance posts them to your books from the PDF or the export.

  • Registers as CSV

Reports export to CSV, ready to import or reconcile in your accounting system.

  • Statements of account

A statement per client, as a PDF, for your collections team or your client's finance team.

  • The monthly MIS pack

One PDF for leadership, built from the same reports they see in the control tower.

  • The client portal

Your clients' finance teams download their own invoices and statements and upload POs, so fewer emails go back and forth.
