How pricing works

What counts as a centre: Each open centre you run in rivonOS. A centre over 500 seats counts as two.
Centres before they open: Free for up to 90 days, so you can pre-lease a new centre before it launches.
Yearly or monthly: Pay yearly for the lowest price, or monthly for about 20% more. Prices are in rupees, plus 18% GST.
Change packs any time: Add a pack whenever you need it and pay only from that day. Remove one at your next renewal.
One-time setup: ₹15,000 per centre covers set-up, data import and training. Waived on yearly plans with everything.
No per-user fees: Your whole team and every member can use rivonOS. We price centres, not people.

The founding operator programme

rivonOS has no free trial. Instead, three operators run rivonOS on their own centres for 90 days with the founders, before committing to a full rollout.

Scope: One to three of your centres, three operators in total.
Length: 90 days, with a founder review every two weeks. Starting by 30 November 2026.
Team: The founders work with yours throughout.
Success criteria: Agreed before the start, for example quote turnaround, approval time or invoice rejections.
Commercial terms: A programme fee credited against the first year, then founding pricing.
What we ask in return: Only if you agree after the pilot: a case study, a quote and permission to use your logo.

Pricing questions

Why per centre and not per user?

Because a busy centre needs its whole team and every member on the system. Charging per login makes people share accounts. You pay for the centres you run, and everyone in them can use rivonOS.

What if one of our centres is very large?

A centre with more than 500 seats counts as two centres. Everything else stays the same.

Can we start with Core and add packs later?

Yes. Many operators start with Core and the member app, then add contracts and billing. You pay for a new pack from the day you switch it on.

What happens if we use more storage?

Each centre includes 25 GB, shared across your workspace. If you need more, it is ₹1,000 a month per 100 GB. We tell you before you reach the limit.

Is there a free trial?

No. We set rivonOS up with your own centres and data instead, and the founding operator programme lets a few operators run a fixed-scope pilot first.

Is GST extra?

Yes. All prices are in rupees, and GST at 18% is added on our invoice.

Can we take our data with us if we leave?

Yes. Reports export to CSV and documents to PDF at any time. How your data is returned and deleted when the subscription ends is written into the contract.
