About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.rivonos.com. The website is run by Acres4u Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“rivonOS”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The rivonOS product

Using this website does not give you access to the rivonOS product. Subscriptions, pilots and the founding operator programme are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything on this website.

We describe the product as it is on the date shown on each page. Features marked planned or in rollout are not available yet, and we do not promise dates for them.

Guides and information

Our guides, templates and glossary explain general rules, such as GST and TDS on flex fees, to help operators. They are not tax, legal or financial advice for your situation. Rules change; check with your chartered accountant or lawyer before acting on them. Pages still under expert review are marked as drafts.

Illustrative data

Product screens on this website use a fictional operator, Altura Workspaces, and fictional clients such as Northstar Labs. Their names, people and numbers are made up to show how rivonOS works. They are not results achieved by any real customer.

Using the website

Please do not:

  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the website,
  • send false information or someone else's details through our forms,
  • scrape the website in a way that harms its performance, or
  • use the website for anything unlawful.

Our content and brand

The text, design, product images and the rivonOS name and logo belong to us. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our content with a credit and a link. Please ask before copying larger parts or using our brand.

Facts we quote from other organisations, such as company filings and market reports, belong to their owners. We link to each source.

We link to other websites, such as filings and reports. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the website's general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
