Control tower
Portfolio to centre to client to rupee, in four clicks.
Start with the whole portfolio. Choose a number, then a centre, then a client, and you are looking at the invoice behind it. The same view builds your monthly MIS pack.

The MIS is built by hand, every month.
Someone exports from the CRM, someone else from accounting, a third person reconciles the occupancy sheet. By the time the pack reaches the board, it is two weeks old and nobody can say where a number came from.
- “Why is Kharadi down this month?” takes three people and two days.
- Overdue is one number for the whole company, not a list with owners.
- Renewals are a column in a spreadsheet, not exposure by month.
- Every region defines occupancy a little differently.
What you don't see costs the most
A revenue-at-risk figure is only useful if you can see what makes it up. In the example portfolio, ₹1.84 Cr sits with 11 accounts, each for a clear reason.

The monthly MIS pack, in one click
rivonOS builds the board-ready pack from the same numbers as the control tower: executive summary, sales funnel, contracts and renewals, revenue, collections, centre performance, risks and commercial exceptions. One PDF, with the same definitions every month.
Leadership stops asking where a number came from, because every figure in the pack can be opened in the control tower.

How the numbers are defined
One definition for each number, used in every report and in the MIS pack.
- Occupancy
- Occupied seats as a share of configured seats, by centre and for the portfolio.
- Monthly contracted revenue
- What signed agreements bill this month, before GST.
- Weighted pipeline
- Open opportunity value multiplied by the probability of its stage.
- Revenue at risk
- Revenue tied to clear signals: overdue invoices, renewals without action, exhausted POs and pricing below target.
- Renewal exposure
- Contracted revenue on agreements that expire within a window, such as the next 90 days.
- DSO
- Days sales outstanding: how long, on average, it takes to collect what you bill.
