Questions about the checklist

Who is this checklist for?
Community managers, centre managers and operations heads at coworking and managed office centres. It covers the routines that keep a centre running well: the floor, members, visitors, requests, the information finance and sales need, and basic safety.
Is this a legal or fire-safety compliance checklist?
No. It is a practical operating routine. Fire safety, building and labour rules vary by state and building, so follow your landlord's, insurer's and local fire authority's requirements and keep their documents on file.
Why does a centre checklist include billing tasks?
Because many billing mistakes start on the floor: seats added without telling finance, a member who left but is still invoiced, an escalation date nobody remembered. A weekly and monthly handoff closes most of these gaps.
Do you store my ticks?
No. They are kept in your own browser only. Nothing is sent to us, and there is nothing to sign up for.
